hahahaha, that actually had me laughing out loud in my room – alone.
Each of us in modernity compromises when it comes to scripture: I will believe this, but not that.
It is the common wisdom of modernity that Christianity is a moral system. Moderns believe the morality, but not the miracles.
It is a pity, really. I think evangelicalism and other forms of conservative Christianity are attempts to recover what has been lost.
